A casual moment at our Birch Vale flying site on the 28th July 2024. There is nothing spectacular about this photograph, but it is a very special photograph reflecting the wide age range that our hobby attracts and encourages.
We have Louis Shapero on the left (A junior member) and Chris Horseman (At 85, our oldest member) flying side-by-side, both having great fun in the rare sunshine that the north of England sometimes enjoys.
